Development of the Valley Transportation Plan (VTP) 2050 continues this fall. A planning and policy framework to develop and deliver future transportation projects in Santa Clara County, this plan considers all modes of travel including highways, local streets and roads, and expressways as well as transit, transportation systems, and active transportation.
